Crypto yield-intelligence platform and data API. Normalised yield schema across CeFi and DeFi, structured API and MCP surfaces for AI agents, publisher integrations, provider marketplace with CPC billing, and a demand-intelligence dataset sold to providers.

Led Project Leapfrog, directing a 15-person cross-functional team on the bank's forward vision across digital banking, customer experience and operating model. Presented to global executive teams. Internal venture activity and strategic investment review.
